Exciting music and rhythms. Zumba uses Latin, world, hip-hop and pop dance moves and music combined with traditional fitness moves. Each instructor has a different style, so please check each one out to see whose style you like. Take a look at the schedule and just come in whenever you can make a class, you don't need to sign up in advance and there are no skill levels!

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.


In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. 

Turbo Kick LIVE combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn.

You’ll have a blast getting into knockout shape—learning hard-hitting combos and edgy dance moves while torching fat and carving lean, sexy muscle in the most empowering class you’ve ever taken!

Utilizing a variety of safe, non-impact moves, this 30-minute group class uses free weights, exercise bands, chairs, mats, and body weight to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Students are guided through a series of moves and coached on proper body position and movement technique, with modifications shown for each student's unique fitness level.
