Exciting music and rhythms. Zumba uses Latin, world, hip-hop and pop dance moves and music combined with traditional fitness moves. Each instructor has a different style, so please check each one out to see whose style you like. Take a look at the schedule and just come in whenever you can make a class, you don't need to sign up in advance and there are no skill levels!

A typical SHiNE™ class is approximately 55-minutes long and incorporates 16 routines. We start class with our signature SHiNE™ warm-up and then increase intensity as the class progresses. Our Instructors love to incorporate routines that bring out different emotions and movement. You will find that we alternate the complexity and intensity of the routines to ensure our students’ safety and success during a SHiNE™ class. The SHiNE™ dance floor is open to EVERY BODY. No dance experience necessary…. come as you are!
Utilizing a variety of safe, non-impact moves, this 45-minute group class uses free weights, exercise bands, chairs, mats, and body weight to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Students are guided through a series of moves and coached on proper body position and movement technique, with modifications shown for each student's unique fitness level.
